The 2017 Land Rover Range Rover Sport offers two choices of engine as well. The conventional 3.0L V6 gasoline engine is supercharged, producing 340 hp and 332 lb-ft of torque. It accelerates from 0 to 60 mph in just 6.9 seconds, and gets 23 mpg highway. The 3.0L Td6 diesel engine uses turbocharging technology to produce 254 hp and an impressive 443 lb-ft of torque, which is 32.5% better than the conventional gasoline engine. It gets 28 mpg highway, which is a 36% improvement on the highway fuel efficiency of the standard engine.
